Love that funky and fun brooch! Not to mention that adorable "Treat" pouch. Who knew one simple word could look oh so pretty! Those vintage dice remind me of some my Grandparents had when I was little and that fabulous pattern on that vintage thermos just screams Charlie Brown! As a kid I remember being SO excited when all my favorite TV shows had their Halloween specials! I also looked forward to the annual TV viewings of Hocus Pocus and Casper. What are some of your favorite Halloween specials or movies?

Lazy Sunday

Today was a very nice and relaxing Sunday for me, I caught up on last night's SNL (LOVE Amy Poehler!), organized some fabric I purchased recently, and updated my Etsy shop!

Fall Back

I am oh so very excited that Fall has finally arrived! Well, actually I don't think Mother Nature got the memo, or at least not in California because it still feels like Summer to me! Soon, though, I will be able to break out my scarves, gloves, and pea coats! Not to mention hot chocolate, rainy days, and lots of blankets! This is just the beginning of the most beautiful time of the year, don't you agree? :)

I have beautiful San Francisco on my mind because I'm taking a little road trip there this weekend! Hopefully I'll bring back some great photos to share. :) We are planning to stop by the California Academy of Sciences while we are there, and I am SO excited!

Check out those neat little portholes on the roof! The museum had just started being built the last time I was in SF, so I can't wait to see the finished product. According to their website, it is the world’s greenest museum. I think I'm most excited about the butterflies! :D
